We need our troops at HOME, not off fighting unprovoked wars and nation-building. Then, the troops can guard our borders and ports. The National Guard should be returned to the States (Militia), where they belong, to guard the State borders from foreign invasion. The Libertarians have it right. When are folks going to realize it?
