Mary Ann, totally agreed. I mean notice what Gail says. First he says he doesn't know what Alex Jones believes, but he asks a lot of good questions! Apparently he's totally unaware that it is by the use of questions that deceivers tell their flocks what to believe. They tell by not telling. The say "I DON'T KNOW... I'm just asking!"
Then he goes on to use the same method:

First, he makes the entirely unsubstantiated claim that it was Bush's job to "escalate the hatred between Muslims and the rest of the world." HUH!? That's the first I've EVER heard of that! And what does he offer for proof or evidence. NOTHING... just a question!

So that's it. He's basing his total belief in this evil lie on a question! And his answer to the question is quite disturbing, he says "I don't know for sure" but he goes ahead and fully believes the lie - even though he says he doesn't know for sure.
Apparently he hasn't heard that one way to get skeptical people to start believing something that has little to no basis in fact is through the use of questions. Because questions can always have a Yes and a No answer. Those pushing theories with no irrefutable basis in fact, can more easily do so by saying "I don't know, but doesn't IT SEEM LIKE it could be this way?" And you can always get a YES to the "doesn't it seem like" question. But as we all used to know - things aren't always what they seem!
So at one level it seems he doesn't know, but he's so deceived that even while admitting he doesn't know - he goes on and believes it. It's such an evil deception - this one.

I mean if George Bush did - and we all know he's controlled by the Jews and was put in office to spread hatred for Muslims. Jon, (Let me say here that I do not speak for Brett or anyone else here.) I see what you are trying to do. You opened this can of worms. I will answer you this way;
What do YOU know about Jews and Judeaism?? What can YOU tell me about their beliefs? What is a Jew? Who are the Jews? Is everyone who claims to be a Jew really a true Jew? How many different sects of Jews are there? How many sons did Abraham have? Were they all included in the inheritance that Abraham left? Are all Jews Semetic? Just because one sect of Jews may be corrupt does that make all Jews corrupt? What is Zionism? What is a Zionist? What is pharoahism? What is a Talmudic Jew? What is the Talmud? What is Kabbalah? What does the Talmud teach about non-Jews? What/who is goyim? What does the Talmud teach about Christians?
These are just a few of the questions that I am trying to answer for myself. I am very disturbed at some of the answers that I have found and just for the record...NONE OF THE ANSWERS CAME FROM ALEX JONES, SKINHEADS, WHITE SUPREMISCT,etc. I have been researching official Jewish sources to see what they reveal in their own words. It may well be possible that a Jewish element had something to do with 9/11 but I have not drawn that conclusion for myself yet.
Before you dare try to start accusing me of being anti-semitic I suggest you take some time and research the answers to these questions.
I would also like to say that I have always loved the Jewish people and do not anticipate changing my feelings. I have some serious questions about SOME of the so-called Jewish people and I would like to be clear that these questions do not pertain to ALL Jews. As I have said ever since I have been here, I want to get to the root of the issue.

In an earlier post you made mention of not knowing the hour or day of the return of my Lord and King. There are more prophecies being fulfilled in our lifetime than at any other time except when Jesus walked this earth. They are written in the Bible for all to see if they would just read it.
Jon and Mary Ann, I will continue to question the things that take place around me. I am what you refer to as a truther. The truth will set you free, or so the quote goes. I do not blindly follow anyone. I have even gone so far as to question my Father in heaven. He says in the Bible that we should question and not blindly follow. Gail, there is a difference between questioning everything you hear and half of what you see, and chasing endless theories of intrigue and suspense. I do not blindly follow anyone either, especially our corrupt government. However, I also do not blindly accept any of the "America bombed itself" theories! There are two reasons why: 1) ALL postulated theory has been tainted by the presence and promotion of Alex Jones and his InfoWars, PrisonPlanet, etc. (a traitor who should be convicted of treason for the things he has done); 2) the original lie of "America did this to itself" was first touted by Bin Laden and Al Qaida, which further taints the testimony. Until you strip away all of these tainted influences, you will never know the truth. [Jonathan is correct, first they blamed Israel.]
It is true that we are given glimpses of the end times in Scripture. However, in that same Scripture we are told that He will come "as a thief in the night." I don't know about you, but I believe many will be caught off guard as our Lord arrives unexpectedly. There is plenty of wisdom in the Bible about end times for absorbing without trying to predict Jesus' return (an exercise in futility based upon a plain reading of Scripture).
If you want to chase after every theory that pits everyone in your government against you, that is certainly your right. But, IN MY HUMBLE OPINION, it takes a giant leap of faith in order to hold such an opinion. On the other hand, you believe it takes a giant pit in the sand to ignore the unofficial theories about the 9-11 tragedy. To what end are we doing this dance? What is it that each of us hopes to achieve? I dare say that each of us wants to spare the other from malicious deception. We just disagree on the source of that deception.

It is always better to go with God's view of the universe than with your own. I believe that anyone who can trace his/her ancestry to Abraham through Isaac, through Jacob (Israel), is a Jew. They are the three with whom God covenanted to make a great nation. The sons of Ishmael and Esau are not the sons of promise. One of Jacob's 12 sons was disenfranchised, and Joseph's two sons became two of the twelve tribes in Joseph's place. So, subtract Joseph and one other (I cannot remember his name right this moment, the one who had sex with his father's concubine), add Ephraim and Manasseh, and you still have 12 tribes.
The bottom line with Jewish people is this...they are still God's chosen people, the Apostle Paul says so in the book of Romans. There are still some prophesies which have not yet been fulfilled regarding Israel. It looks as though their fulfillment is looming on the horizon, but no one really knows. We do not know for sure how the United States factors into end times prophesy because the U.S. is not specifically mentioned. There is lots of speculation as to why, but it is merely speculation. Scripture does not tell us. Many attempt to make "educated guesses," but in the end that is all you have--an educated guess. My husband is a Greek and Hebrew scholar, and I trust him more than anyone else when it comes to educated guesses. He rarely, if ever, makes them. His standard reply to me is "the Bible does not say, and we do not know."
I am sorry, but we really must part ways in this discussion, because we aren't getting anywhere and there doesn't seem to be much edifying value. Neither of us is going to convince the other so why don't we just let it drop here? Time will tell which one of us is correct about the tragedy of 9-11.

I'm just curious how these guys feel about Israel building settlements now in East Jerusalem? Do they have a problem with that? And if you do then that's just one more thing that puts you on the side of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and the SECULAR liberal Democrats.
How many issues do you need to side with them on before you become one?
About 20 years ago I started smoking one night while out with my girlfriend who smoked... when I grabbed the cigarette out of her hand and said "let me try that"!
Very quickly afterwards I was smoking a pack or more a day. But it took 3 years of this before I actually realized I had to call myself A SMOKER. Before that I considered myself a non-smoker who has a cigarette every now and then (like 20+ times a day)! But it really took a long time before my view of myself was able to change to reflect the reality that I was actually a smoker.
And I think you all might need to have a similar reorientation of your view of yourself. As you side increasingly with Muslims, atheists and liberals... you might want to ask can you really continue calling yourselves Christians and conservatives? Because at some point a breach will be reached where you can't agree with those who aren't Christians on one more issue without becoming a non-Christian yourself.
I would submit to you that you are no longer America lovers. But you are now America haters. Why do I say this? Because if I truly believed America bombed itself I would DESPISE America!
So I don't know how you in good conscience can continue to say "I Love America" while simultaneously believing it's one of the most evil regimes on earth. I couldn't do that.
