Michelle Malkin, 'View' Hosts Fight
"Whenever politics is the topic of discussion on 'The View,' the show often goes from a light-hearted daytime chat program to a red-eyed screaming match. While Monday's exchange between conservative author Michelle Malkin and hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar doesn't hold a candle to past uproars, it's nice to see the return of some angst.
Malkin, who was on the show to promote her new book 'Culture of Corruption: Obama and His Team of Tax Cheats, Crooks, and Cronies,' had to correct the hosts several times and ask if they'd even read the book they were citing. At one point, Goldberg showed her a cue card that incorrectly referenced the book as a get-out-of-the-argument card."

This is the type of reception that Conservatives get on "mainstreamed" television shows! It is disgusting how they are not willing to even contemplate that their man might be wrong!

I hate to be that guy, but I can't help it. What the heck is Whoopi wearing?

That said, this is just a prime example of how the Statist media outright mischaractarizes Conservative viewpoints. How do you have an intelligent discussion with people who refuse to acknowledge the facts the conversation needs be based on? Simple answer, you can't, and that is their strategy.

Well I bought the book. It's sitting on my nightstand. As soon as I am finished a couple others (Common Sense by Glenn Beck and Revolution! by Tim Cox), it is next in line. Maybe I'll take it on the flight home tomorrow. :-) I can't wait to get started reading it.

Thanks for the post. I don't watch the View because I know it is a gaggle of liberals that would put me on blood pressure medication.

Todd, if you don't have anything nice to say about somebody. . . .come and sit by me! Whoopi's outfit looks like the costume she wore in the movie "Sister Act" when she played a NUN! Ok, according to what my grandmother taught me, you and I will be struck by lightning now. LOL!

Whoopie reminds me of a truck driver with a CB radio. As soon as he pick up the microphone, his IQ drops 70 points. The same thing happens to Whoopie on the "View" As soon as they turn on the camera, she sounds like a blithering idiot. If you ever see her in a thinking environment, she really is an intellegent, well thought out person, who is really not very liberal. In performing for money, there is a fine line between "acting" and "prostitution".

Oooo Ouch!! I wont share that one with my husband. Fortunately he doesnt pick up the microphone very often.

Lets be honest shall we? That whole crew, even to some extent the lone conservative on that panel, are a few fries short of a happy meal. I have to give Elizabeth (I think thats her name, I quit watching that show a Looooooong time ago) some credit, she tries. I guess years of being shouted down by the likes of Barbra Wah Wah, Rosie, and Whoopie youd have to be an emotional wreck. Im betting those ladies (I use that term loosly with the exception of poor little Liz) are sitting there on their, for the most part, wide load buttocks decrying the protesters as being rude and shouting over the poor liberal congress person who wants nothing more then to inform and debunk all those "right wing lies". Funny how they dont think its rude to shout over poor Liz.

Seriously, that show is nothing more then a liberal lesbian gang bang of anyone with a conservative point of view.

I absolutely despise that program. I feel sorry for anyone with a differing point of view that goes on that show. Elizabeth of course I can relate to on a political stance, but I don't really think the others even respect her as a co-host, she's just the token conservative. I'd rather have a root canal than watch them.

We all know that the Big Three Networks are liberal so why be surprised to see the talk shows be anything but liberal Demicatss!
I can't believe anyone with any education at all, esp. above 4th grade, would even watch that show. If you want to watch some very good and informed shows they should switch over to Fox where at least the guests get to say what is on their minds and aren't trashed for it!
