This is very educational informaton regarding different economic ideologies that we should be teaching our kids in school. It is a shame that most of us, myself included, have no real understanding of how our economy works and the different schools of thought that are involved in running a nations economy and controlling the currency.
“Give me control over a nations currency, and I care not who makes its laws.” ~Baron M.A. Rothschild
“The Central Bank is an institution of the most deadly hostility existing against the principles and form of our constitution… if the American people allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”
~ Thomas Jefferson
The videos are great. they point to a topic people don't want to look at because it makes them think about how we got to this place. There seems to be a line that people don't want to cross. When you bring this sort of thing to their attention; it smacks of conspiracy. Folks would much rather look at the window dressing and complain about what they see. If they look further it might see the sweatshop behind the window and that scares them.
The Fed has been behind all the recessions and depressions throughout this nations history. It really is a matter of history.
Great video. These will be reposted. I have been looking into the federal reserve, or trying to. Oddly enough there really isn't that much out there about them. But I will keep looking.
Chris,
I just found a whole treasure trove of info about the FED on Youtube. Most of it is by Murray N. Rothbard and is published by the Ludwig Von Mises Institute. There is a 40 part lecture called the Case Against the Fed that I am about to listen to that I have heard is VERY informative.
