I mean ...

Let's not praise the BIG BOMB, for example ... let's just praise the "BIG GUY" [insert God, any God] who created the ability for that (smaller) guy who created the bomb TO create it ... and then, find a WAY to also praise [insert God, any God] for creating the ABILITY for this monster to also find OTHER monsters who think that it's a pretty cool idea to unleash it upon myriad innocents.

PRAISE BE, the CREATOR.

Seriously! Praise to the Creator, our El Shaddai. God gave us many gifts including intelligence and a moral sense of right and wrong. What we do with those gifts is our responsibility. Gos is not responsible for our choices. He chose to give us free choice knowing that if He had forced or programmed to follow His way and love Him, it wouldn't have meant a thing. So He gave us free choice or free will. This can be used for good or evil - that is our choice. I choose to love and serve Him - that is my choice. Others have chosen to use their gifts for evil. In the end, we will all stand before God to defend our choices. And, if you haven't chosen to accept the blood of Jesus Christ as the penalty for your sins, as I have, then you will pay the penalty for your sins.

For the wages of sin is death (eternal separation from God), but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ His Son. It's a gift. All you got to do is take it. Why would you want to take the penalty for your sin - forever in Hell with the devil and his angels, instead of a lifetime and eternity with God, the Creator of all? Yes, praise be to God!

All this talk about religions and people thinking they know about everyones beliefs and how things are done... Just thought i would throw something out there. Not trying to be funny... But if i got a laugh or caused a reaction... Just want people to realize that they can't see what you or I think. Or what a religion is at whole. Its like reading the manual to do something. Have they really taken the time to read the bible? the Holy Koran... etc...

I have to agree, B ... it's about written rules vs. application of reality, at a certain point ...

To work with the Christian model, then we're obviously given the rules, but the application is up to us, and we'll answer for it, in time. I have no problem with that concept, since I believe that we answer for it daily, and will also beyond the Veil ...

... I'd say it's about 'karma', in a sense, thus linking Christianity to yet another Faith, but then I'd probably take another sixteen hard rounds for my rather loving-of-All Nature, grin ...

'Every action has a reaction.' Good principle to live by. Good or bad. It always has something to co-exist with it. It really all depends on who the person is that it happens to. Which that co-exists with your freedom. Your free to choose if you want to act good or bad to what happened to you. Just wish more people would realize the simple things in life than to make things worse for themselves. You can't always expect someone to be there to make your decisions for you. Nor be there when you need help. Our country is so caught up in them thinking someone is always there to help them that they need to realize that life is a complex thing that don't need to be taken for granted.

Brandon, First you get you a 5th of Jose Quervo and 5 or 6 limes
After about 7 or 8 shots, depending on wether you get up and down while drinking them you would be amazed how well you thought you explained it

lol ... Jose or not, it's mere hubris to expect that "this" thinking race is the only one, and even more hubris to think that we're the only race with worthy ideas, "religious" or not.

Is not any torch of freedom worthy of burning, also worthy of alternative realities? grin
