As far as the flag burning goes I prefer to put it in context. A childish display. The only way they can say I hate you. It has no meaning to them and no reason to hold it in any regard. Civilized people would have some simple common respect but that's not the case. They want the kind of respect they're unwilling to give. What riles me up is when someone who should have that respect for the flag desecrates it. People who have lived under the protection and with the benefits of the flag. Under those conditions it's a despicable act that I find insulting. less
